Drawing from Chinese inkbrush landscape paintings, evoking nature’s beauty and themes in Chinese poetry, art, and music, this concert transcends cultural boundaries, celebrating the profound connection between humanity and the natural world.
Renowned sheng player Loo Sze-wang joins the Elder Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra under Luke Dollman’s direction for an exquisite performance of new works, featuring compositions by Hing-yan Chan, Professor of Music at the University of Hong Kong, and Australian composer Stephen Whittington.
