Get ready for a magical four days of free family fun at Moon Lantern Trail!
Lighting up the banks of the Karrawirra Parri/River Torrens, Moon Lantern Trail celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival traditions and stories from across Asia. Follow the Hong Kong Dragon lantern to Tarntanya Wama/Pinky Flat and discover over a dozen giant lanterns across the parkland.
Take a stroll in the sunshine to admire the lanterns by day, and as night falls be awed as the riverbank transforms into a wonderland of light and sound.
Wander Tarntanya Wama/Pinky Flat, feast on delicious food, and see roving performances, puppetry and live music. Visit our new Moon Garden and take part in Little Lanterns, a daytime experience filled with interactive workshops for kids of all ages with Adelaide artists and communities.

Performance Location: Tarntanya Wama (Pinky Flat)

Pinky Flat, where the Moon Lantern Trail will be held, is located near to Adelaide Oval on War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide.
There are several car parks available in the area, including time limited street parking on War Memorial Drive (to the west of Montefiore Road). The Adelaide Convention Centre Car Park and Festival Car Park are both located across the river and are accessible via the footbridge.
